I received my certification as an Integrative Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have completed 300 hours of yoga teacher training and Somatic, Embodiment & Nervous System Regulation, 300 hours in Ayurveda, Tantra & Feminine Form Medicine training with The Shakti School, a registered practitioner with Cell Core BioSciences, as well as over ten years as my own guinea pig trying all the latest healing modalities and research!
