Not so long ago I searched for ways to feel better in my body. I struggled with digestive issues, bloating, Autoimmune Thyroid, cystic acne and ovaries, chronic fatigue, and body pain, which all left me feeling lost and confused.
For years I would yo-yo from one healing diet to another, one detox to another, and back to feeling terrible again.
This became the catalyst for my healing journey, I was “tired of being tired” and needed to take matters into my own hands!
🧘🏻♀️I dove into Yoga teacher training, where I completed 300 hours of Tantra Yoga, and traveled to India and Bali to dive deeper into energy + spiritual healing.
🥑 Next, I realized I needed to learn how to nourish myself properly and care for my physical body. I completed a certification at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
❤️ What began as a means to heal myself, became a passion for sharing this information and educating others.
🧠 A few years ago, I found myself suffering from mysterious symptoms and discovered I was living in Mold (yikes!) and developed Mold Illness (double Yikes!). It was a tough journey but it brought me into a deeper understanding of healing, working with the brain and nervous system and Bio-Energetic Testing; in that time I took a wide variety of trainings including;
Somatic Embodiment Nervous System Regulation (a method used to help manage stress levels and feel more safe in the body),
Ayurveda School (Ayurveda meaning "The Science of Life", this ancient holistic medicine comes from India and believes that all dis-ease begins in the gut and the brain/mind. We use diet, herbs and movement as tools to balance the body),
and Feminine Form Medicine (As a society we've become disconnected from nature's pace, rejecting anything that requires moving slower, intuition, emotions, feeling, or anything that can't be physical seen or collectively accepted – often resulting in force or rigidity leading to "burnout". When we accept and embrace feminine wisdom as medicine, we can take a difference approach to healing as one of listening to the body and living more in-tune with our natural rhythms).
With all my experience over the years, my philosophy as a practitioner is one that symptoms are messengers from the body, they’re here to help us discover where we are out of balance, and return us back in balance on a Mind, Body, and Spirit level.

Session 1
Nervous System Regulation
The Nervous System is a hot topic these days and for good reason! In order to bring the body back into balance, we must address the nervous system, exactly why this will be our first session together. By understanding where our foundational feelings of safety come from, we can begin to support the body to move into a greater state of healing and homeostasis.
We will explore:
A guided experience through an in-depth practice that you can return to again and again to move feelings of stress, overwhelm, or stuck into calm, safety, and groundedness.
What is the Vagus Nerve
How the Nervous System is developed and how can you shift into regulation

Session 2
Nourishing Your Body
It can be confusing sometimes to know what to eat to best support your body. In this session, we will discuss exactly how to determine what foods are best suited for your body and what foods are creating inflammation and dis-ease.
We will explore:
What foods are contributing to inflammation
What foods aid in anti-inflammation
How to optimize digestion
How to decrease bloating
Learn how to determine what foods work best for your unique body (aka intuitive eating)

Creating Stability Within
In this session, you will learn the HOW of nourishment, to eat in a way that will set you up for creating internal stability within to regulate your hormones, increase energy and strength, reduce brain fog, and support your nervous system with food.
We will explore:
Stepping off the Blood Sugar rollercoaster
Blood Sugar and its role in hormonal imbalance and adrenal fatigue
Exactly how to create a healthy blood sugar balance
Addressing Internal VS External Stressors
Session 4
Open Your Detox Pathways
In this session, you will learn all about the ways in which your body detoxifies and the importance of "opening" these pathways in our modern-day toxic world.
We will explore:
What are the elimination pathways
How to know if they are open or closed
How to open them
How to best support them
Clean Sweep - how and what to eliminate OUT of your environment to stop the toxin cycle

Sacred Sleep & Radical REST
This session will be a mix of both the steps you can take to finally get the sleep you long for as well as taking a look at our societal conditioning around rest.
We will explore:

Sleep hygiene/Bedtime Routines - how to finally get a deep night’s sleep
How & Why to sync up with the cycles in nature

Embody Wellness Practice
In this session, we will review everything you've put into practice so far and we will move through an embodiment practice to integrate all the learnings into your body to create lasting changes and a foundational pathway for you moving forward.
We will explore:
Befriending your body
Boundaries - where might you need to set boundaries for self-care
Learn to speak the language of your body
Feminine being VS Masculine doing (energy)

How long do I have access to the course?
The live program will run from October through December, you will have 3 months after the last call to support you through further transformation as you need it!
What makes you qualified to teach this?
I received my certification as an Integrative Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have completed 300 hours in yoga teacher training and somatic, embodiment training from Isadora Yoga, 50 hours in nervous system regulation, Ayurveda, tantra yoga training with The Shakti School, learning with Cell Core BioSciences, Wellness Plus for root cause approach to chronic illness, as well as over ten years as my own guinea pig trying all the latest healing modalities and research.
What if I can't make it live?
Totally fine! The live calls will be recorded and emailed to you for you to watch at your convenience.
Are there extra expenses?
There will be *optional supplements and tools you can buy to support you through the program, however, the nutrition modules should be considered your usual grocery expenses.
Where is the course?
The live calls will take place on zoom (you will be provided links to attend). All documents and guidelines will be emailed to you.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email ripewellness@gmail.com to discuss a transfer of funds to other offerings.
