So, what is a golden milk latte?

This is an Ayurvedic healing drink (Ayurveda is the traditional healing science from India, the word Ayurveda meaning the science of life) with a base of Turmeric root powder in milk. Traditionally it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for treating ailments for centuries.

Let’s get to those benefits!

Anti-Inflammatory - *the curcumin found in turmeric is activated when combined with black pepper - hello anti-inflammatory!

Balances Hormones - cinnamon is a natural blood-sugar stabilizer - which is the underlying key to healthy hormone balance! And Turmeric is a natural liver detoxifier - important for excess hormones to leave the body.

Helps healthy gut flora - ***coconut oil is a natural anti-microbial helping to rid those unhealthy bacteria from the gut while leaving the beneficial ones behind!

Just as effective as steroids for pain and inflammation (without the side effects) - Studies have found that ** “The efficacy of curcumin are comparable to corticosteroid therapy”
